"The tile floor in our room was buckling from water damage."

"They only stated the pool was closed. They are under major reconstruction with no amenities available and arent informing guests. They say a manager will call you back and you hear nothing. One staff admits that everything is pretty vague on the website and not really statung how much construction is going on. "

"It seemed as though the shower pan was leaking, the tile bathroom floor was crackly. The room had an odor to it. The Lobby was cute and the staff was helpful."

"We are always pleased when we stay at Tupelo Holiday Inn Express. The check in was easy, The room was so comfortable, we enjoyed the breakfast. Great place to stay. "

"Hotel staff were nice.. seemed like family owned. The rooms are “decent” meaning they are clean and have comfortable beds. It is very basic but that is all we were looking for price wise. I would stay again as it was nice and quiet. Breakfast is very basic… can heat up waffles or bagel or have cereal… coffee/juice"

"We chose this hotel because it was on route to driving to our son's graduation in Missouri. The lady who checked us in was super nice. When we got to the room, it was not clean. My daughter pulled her sheets back and there were dog paw prints all over her bedding and the bed smelled like pee. We called the front desk. She told us she was the only person on duty, so we would have to come get new sheets and change them ourselves. When we pulled the sheets back, yellow urine spots all over the sheets and then a huge blood stain on the mattress. I traded beds with my daughter and then slept on the top of the blanket, trying to not touch the mattress. In the morning, the breakfast was barely a continental meal. I come back to my room to pack up and see bed bugs on the other bed that my daughter slept on. I took pictures of all of these things. It was so gross. "
