This area is popular for mountain biking, hiking and ATV. Winter months bring a beautiful winter wonderland to this area. Snow does accumulate so be prepared during winter of any weather advisories. 4 wheel drive required winter time to get to cabin, approx 4 miles of unpaved roads with steep inclines. Enjoy Potato Patch community park offering volleyball court, swings, Gazebo, BBQ area..

Temperatures at the cabin are typically 35 degrees cooler than Phoenix, AZ and 5-10 degrees cooler than even downtown Prescott!
4 WD or Rear wheel drive is recommended during times of snow in Prescott. During the summer months a high clearance vehicle is recommended since the road the home is off of is a bit bumpy the last few miles.

Getting around
