"From the moment my daughter and I walked on the property and into the lobby of the hotel, it was smile time. The front desk staff gave wonderful, friendly smiles, assisted with anything we needed and displayed "over the top customer service". The hotel is spotless. A glitch with a vending machine was quickly handled, money returned and a bottle of water freely given for our inconvenience . This will be our go to "vacation" stay place. Stellar accommodations , superior customer service and all with a smile and genuine caring. "

We originally planned only a four night stay, but we felt so comfortable we extended our stay by two extra nights. The staff was extra friendly, caring, and wanting to go the extra mile.
