This cabin was perfect for our winter family getaway to the Boulder Junction Area. The cabin was cozy and fit five of us nicely (2 adults and 3 kids under age 10). We enjoyed ice fishing local lakes, shopping, coffee and Aqualand Alehouse in Boulder Junction and the really cool new Glide Ice Skating Forest Loop! Great location on a beautiful lake and short drive just a few minutes into Boulder Junction! Will stay again!
The cabin was very comfortable and cozy. A bit too cold still (late April!) to enjoy the cute porch facing the lake though. Everything was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. On the whole a lovely weekend! The one small criticism would be that the towels were a weird microfiber material that was hard to get used to.
We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was well designed and well decorated. We loved sitting on the screened porch and watching the hummingbirds on the feeder. We took out a canoe and paddled to Wildcat lake where a pair of bald eagles were nesting on one of the islands.
We came to ride bikes and this was a pretty good starting point but you do need to ride on the shoulder of the Highway for about a mile till you get to the path. Then it’s about 4 miles to Boulder Junction. Overall, this was a great place for us.
Beautiful surroundings to wake up to. Loon Song cabin is very inviting, comfy and cozy. It was a brief few days get-away. One that was worth it. Just to relax and kick back. What a beautiful lake view from the cabin. It is so peaceful up here in the north woods. This has been a beautiful area to get away to, relax, bike ride, hike and kayak. We would like to come back to the Loon Song cabin.
Overall a great place with several areas to hang out inside and out. We were limited by the weather (rain) so didn’t get to use them all, but I imagine it's great with some sunshine.
Had a great stay at the cabin. We are huge fans of the Boulder Junction area and the cabin is smack dab in the middle of it all. Cozy cabin, great three season porch. We were serenaded by Loons and loved hanging by the fireplace. So much to see and do in that neck of the woods.
This cabin is perfect inside and out. Love the interior and the way it is furnished. It's clean, very comfortable, and the owners are amazing. Mike went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking to get away and relax. I'll be coming back for sure.
Cutest, coziest cabin ever! Immaculately clean and well kept. Had everything we could possibly need. Planning to return in the fall to enjoy the fishing and enclosed porch overlooking the lake! Owners were awesome!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Loon Song Cabin on Little Kitten/Wildcat Lake. Neat and clean, well stocked, comfortable cabin with easy water access and enjoyable campfire ring. Musky, northern and pan fish were active. Gorgeous water views, watched the eagles and listened to the lions. Hiked local trails and enjoyed going to out to eat and cooking in. Highly recommend the cabin!!
My weekend stay was just lovely! This cabin served as a great basecamp for many interesting hiking trails with an 40 mile radius. It was very comfortable and impeccably clean. Was impressed with the variety and quality of the equipment in the kitchen! Would love to return during a different season - could see myself sitting on the screened in porch all day if the weather allowed!
Cold temps but cozy inside. Winter in Northern Wisconsin is a challenge but worth it.

Relaxing!
This cottage is top notch -- beautifully decorated, with many special touches we appreciated. Comfy furniture and lush towels! We didn't cook much during our short stay, but the kitchen seemed very well stocked. With the summer foliage, the water view was somewhat blocked, but we still enjoyed the peacefulness of the sun room. Cabins are located quite close together, but our neighbors were quiet.

Cozy cabin
The cabin is wonderful - nice & cozy on our rainy days & nights. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the essentials but the microwave is little - we couldn't fit one of our bowls in it! It was also nice having 2 bathrooms but for the price we paid, we think 2-ply toilet paper could be used instead of the cheap 1-ply. Overall, it was very comfortable for 2 people & we loved the fireplace!!

cabin and beach we're great. Wonderful vacation with grandchildren.
We had a great time with our 2 four year old grandchildren. They learned how to kayak and had a great time on the beach. We had a minor problem with satellite tv but owner came and showed us how to use it.(operator error). Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Screen porch was great. Caught my first musky also 32". Great place

relaxing stay
Cabin was nice and cozy.
We were up late in the winter season so alot of the town was shutting down. It gave us the opportunity to use the newer stove and fridge as we cooking a few meals. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen.
The only thing I could nit pick about would be the king mattress has seen better days and maybe adding a small heater for the great screened porch area.
Overall an excellent and comfortable cozy stay.
My wife booked this cabin for us and some friends in order to spend the days snowmobiling. We were all impressed with how clean and nicely decorated the cabin and the rooms were. It truly made our experience even more unique with how cozy the cabin was. Not only was it nicely decorated, but it had everything we needed in order to cook some amazing meals. Being able to drive our snowmobile right up to the cabin was a nice plus. We would highly recommend this cabin and location and look forward to making a return trip very soon. The only downside we had, was that we did not book a longer stay.
