This is an old motel. The owners were very nice. The location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The AC not so good, thankfully it was a cool night. The hot water never reached our room, ran it for over ten minutes, but an early morning bracing shower really wakes you up! The owners were very nice!

The room was clean, and it was nice to have a kitchen. Loved the quaintness of the hotel and its outside amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice little motel. I needed an inexpensive place to stay overnight while I was on my way to the Uinta Mountains. Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and for an older motel, it was modern and very acceptable. Check-in was easy and fast and the staff was helpful. I would stay here again.

The check-in was ideal, with the front desk staff quickly and efficiently getting my information, giving me my key, and letting me know about the area around the motel. This is an economy room with no frills, however everything a traveler needs is there, and it was clean and inviting

Ratchet af! Do not stay here! If you want a quiet night of sleep, you will not get it here! The walls are paper thin, neighbors are loud and train starts at 5am right across parking lot blaring its horn! Didn’t interact with staff much, but place is filthy and other sketch behavior in parking lot. I woke up to cops knocking on my neighbor’s door. The pictures are deceiving. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else!

Surprisingly clean and nice for the price. Enjoyed having a kitchenette for our work related stay. Cant get any better in all of price or helper for workers. The only downside is they are always slammed with reservations sometimes weeks out. Would stay here again if I have work in town.

It was precisely what was advertised, and for the price, exactly what one should expect. It was not luxurious. The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly.

Excellent Value

The motel is very convenient and close to a few restaurants and the downtown area. Helper Beer (brewery and restaurant) is just a block away. The motel itself was clean but well worn. It is in the process of refurbishment as far as I can observe. The room had an electric fireplace, microwave, and refrigerator. For the price this is an excellent value. I would stay there again.

Great value and nice enough to stay again

The basics were all good. The location was quiet and there was a popular food truck nearby. On the negative side, there were paint drips on the floor and fridge.

Don't go there.

I have used Hotel.com for many years now. The reviews are always spot on. This is the first time the reviews were wrong. This place is a dump. I would never suggest that anyone stay there. From the junk laying around the property to the unkept rooms. Worst place I have ever stayed.

It seems like they may have been apartments? Train tracks are nearby, scared our grand daughter when train came through. Its a last min reservation i made for a trip to SLC. Better to be safe then to fall asleep on the road or park off the road somewhere. Its not the hilton but served us fine.
