"The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. However, the sink in the bathroom was the smallest we’ve ever encountered in any hotel, making it very inconvenient to use. During our stay, there was a fire alarm, and all guests had to quickly evacuate downstairs. What felt unusual, though, was the absence of any staff at reception or around the property during the emergency. Overall, we were satisfied with our one-night stay, but we’d likely choose somewhere else for a longer visit"

"The room was very clean and spacious. We stayed in the loft, it was great for family. The staff was very professional and friendly. The location was very convenient and charming property. "

"We had a spacious twin room with kitchenette on the second floor. It was clean apart from the grout in the bathroom which needed a good scrub. The beds were comfortable but there were some plumbing noises from our apartment and others nearby that were disruptive during the night. The windows are not double glazed so traffic noise particularly from buses outside was audible until fairly late at night. We stayed on the Easter weekend and took advantage of the free parking across the road on weekends and public holidays. The hotel is just a short walk from a large shopping centre so was convenient for transport and provisions."

"Pet has to charge $60 extra The room is not sound proof , i keep waken up my traffic and people out side. The curtain not light proof too and not full covering the window . "

"A beautiful easy place to stay with plenty of room. We had a ‘2 bedroom’ which was a 1 bedroom and a hotel room with a main thoroughfare which was super spacious, the beds were super comfy. Breakfast is fantastic consistently topped up with cooked fresh items as it got low. We also got room service which was delicious. The location is a bit of a longer walk compared to others on Northbourne if you wanted to access the shopping centre but doable. Would stay here again and again. "
