The location is close to Sandbank, and the stars at night were a highlight. Unfortunately, the property was poorly maintained and did not match the advertised pictures. The toilet had orange residue around the rim, the microwave could not be opened, and there was no functioning stovetop or heating element. The window had no blind, with the owner’s backyard directly visible. Most concerning was the strong sour smell throughout the house. The house was also cold with no temperature control. Overall, the property was overpriced and disappointing given its condition and amenities.
