「The room was clean enough, the patio door did not shut all the way, at 4 degrees outside you could feel the cold air and the street noise from the gap in the door. The building is looking very tired and in need of some repair. Some maintenance of simple fixes should be priority. Housekeeping staff shortage??, our room was not done at a 4pm check in. Might be time to switch hotels... we have been with the Sandman for a number of years and have seen the decline in this hotel and other Sandman...
