Very nice home, very clean with comfortable beds. Bedrooms are private, kitchen is well stocked. They provided plenty of soaps and shampoo/cond and soft soap for the bathrooms, and to, tide pods and dryer sheets which was very nice. The backyard has a beautiful view. Walk to happy talk, a bit further to the local beach. A good choice for a peaceful stay.

We LOVED this house and location! For our girls trip of 7, this was perfect. My mother in law loved sitting out back and watching the golfers and enjoying the beautiful scenery. My family and I also stayed in Princeville when we came on another trip and loved the area. It feels safe and we love being in a neighborhood. Hanalei is close we love it! The town is adorable and the beach is the best! This house was equipped with all we needed to make our vacation so convenient! We got great use of the beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, surfboards and boogie boards! My daughter and her cousin also enjoyed going for bike rides. The beds were comfy all us girls loved having 3 bathrooms! Thank you thank you!

Our stay was nothing but exceptional. The house was beautiful and pristine. We loved the additional attention to detail the hosts provided - surfboards, bikes, cooler, snorkel gear - everything we needed was there!Will stay here again.

Fantastic property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your property. The house was perfectly setup for 3 couples travelling together, could have easily had a 4th! We all had our own bathrooms and plenty of privacy. Kitchen/living room was super spacious and kitchen super equipped for cooking. We spent most of our time on the back patio enjoying the beautiful weather and views. Loved having the coolers, bikes, boogie boards, surf boards and beach chairs as well

Great house for family visit

We loved our stay. The house is big with lots of amenities. They allowed for an early check in which helped us traveling with young children. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are all nice and fully equipped. The reason for the 4 star is that we paid top dollar to stay in a fully air conditioned house. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the master bed room was not working and it was warm in there. Contacted the property owner and was told it needs a part which they don’t know when it will arrive. I believe this is something they should have taken care of in advance or disclosed. the sn

Chicken Paradise

This propert is beautiful! It is spacious and clean. Beautifully furnished with modern appliances and amenities. It sits right on the golf course. 10 steps out back door to view of the ocean. 5 houses down from resort with Happy Talk restaurant. Walk to Queens Bath, Hanalei is a few mile drive.It is a little trek to many of excursions, but that didn't stop us. They provided all sorts of equpment for use (chairs, umbrellas, stroller, cooler, boogie boards, surf boards, bikes, snorkel gear) Much quieter on the north side of the island. I would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the island, not a party crash pad.

What A Dream

This property is in a fantastic location and is so open and airy. We had 8 people and never had anyone waiting to use the bathroom and we never felt crowded. AND we never ran out of hot water during shower time. It has everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, and lots of beach activity stuff. The property manager was super easy to work with and check-in/out was a breeze. We had a fantastic trip and we would absolutely stay here again.

Vacation in Paradise

The location of the property was perfect…a short walk to Hideaways and Queen’s Bath. The amenities allowed for us to bike ride to watch sunsets, the beach towels and umbrellas were key to staying out of the sun! We used the beach inflatable donut and boogie board to float in the ocean! The entire house was spotless and came with everything a well-stocked kitchen such as a regular coffee maker and pod coffeemaker plus a gadget for boiling water for tea. A plus was that the bedrooms were all completely separated from each other, so all couples had ample privacy along with their own bathrooms. The master was especially wonderful with two separate shower heads! The outdoor lanai was enjoyed for breakfasts and dinners. We cooked up steak and chicken on the bbq. Situated right on the golf course with a peekaboo ocean view (if you stepped onto the grass a few feet) was really relaxing. We rented kayaks down the road and had an amazing trip to a waterfall. This was the perfect rental for our family of six!

Perfect home for family vacation

Cannot say enough great things about our stay at this property. The home was impeccably clean and stocked with everything you needed to cook meals at home, go to beach with a large group, and truly relax in paradise. The location is perfect for exploring all that Kauai’s North Shore has to offer. Loved having bikes to explore nearby gems like Queens Bath, Hideaways Beach, and the new 1 Hotel. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating as well. Looking forward to coming back as soon as we can.

Perfect for family

The home was large enough for our group of eight adults but would be appropriate for small children as well. The master bedroom Tempur Pedic bed was very comfortable for my husband who always complains about bed comfort when sleeping away from home. Our adult children also gave the beds in their rooms a high comfort rating. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are nicely spaced away from main living area for those needing a quiet place for small children. All bedrooms are large and supplied with a quiet air conditioning unit that you set to your liking. Note: Make phone calls to property management company the day before arriving to Kauai to ask questions. My experience was difficulty getting a person to speak with after arrival (arrived on a Friday). A beautiful location and a wonderful time!

Princeville prize

My family of five stayed at this wonderful property in adorable Princeville on the golf course. We renewed our vows on the fairway in the back of house with beautiful views. Has everything you need AC , bikes ,snorkel gear,beach chairs… Great kitchen. Only thing missing was a pasta bowl!!!
