Adorable Studio, sleeps 3 - Totally renovated in 2018

  • Studio with queen bed (and air mattress available upon request). Totally renovated in 2018 with new floors, new tiled shower, new vanity, new interior paint, new ceiling fan, new furniture.. Studio has small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. There is no stove or oven. There is a gas grill at the pool.. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and beach umbrella. Parking for one car (open lot). There is no laundry on site. Clean/fresh towels provided mid-stay for stays of 7 nights or more. Please contact owner to request this.

    There is a large pool, hot tub and BBQs on the property. Princeville has a great walking path which you can access just outside the property grounds. The path goes throughout Princeville so you can walk to grocery store, coffee shops, other shops, restaurants, golf and several beach paths within about a mile.

Really clean place with everything you need. The parking was easy and safe. The location was close to many of the beaches and towns in the North Bay like Hanalei Bay. Communication was easy and check in and out was so smooth. I would definitely recommend!

Clean and simple, all we needed was somewhere to rest and sleep after a long day of going around, and this was exactly that and a little more. Parking was simple and easy enough to find even when we came back late.

This is perfect location for exploring the north side of the island. The studio has a comfortable bed, good kitchenette setup, and beach equipment. Robyn was phenomenal to chat with throughout our stay. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for somewhere to rest after long days exploring the island!

Cute and quiet place to stay! The area is walkable and a close driving distance from many nearby beaches, shopping, and food. It was easy to navigate and checking in and out was a breeze. The place was clean and served its purpose for my trip!
