This place was a great home base for my wife and I as we explored the north shore of the island. The condo is cozy, but felt plenty big for a couple. The property is well-kept and pretty, but there's not much too it or the pool; fortunately, Princeville and the surrounding area provide plenty of reasons to go out and explore. (Pro-tip: go to Anini Beach, but go past the beach park, past the "road closed ahead" signs, until the road ends. You won't regret it.)
As others have noted, the kitchenette is smaller than you might like, and it can a bit harder to prep food than you might think, but if you know that going into it, you can prepare for it. I would also note that this condo does get fairly toasty during the daytime, even with fans going. We were usually out during the day, so this didn't bother us much, but if you plan on staying inside a lot, take that into consideration.
All-in-all, a great place to stay!
