不滿：整潔度和住宿狀況
We were very disappointed in the condition of the unit. While it had been cleaned, the floors still made our socks black. The windows were dirty which obscured the otherwise beautiful view. The lanai was dirty with fly specks and dust on the walls and deck. The furniture on the lanai was cracked and unstable. There were ant traps all through the unit, even on the kitchen counter with dead ants in and around them. Any repairs that had been attempted were poorly executed. Examples would be the caulking in and around the tub with gobs of caulk that absorb dirt and grime. Also there was a newer dishwasher but the bottom cover was missing and revealed more caulking and a powdery substance. The unit has a window air conditioner that only cools the small bedroom where it literally sits a few inches from the bed, complete with hand written instructions explaining that it will not cool the unit. Vacasa texted to have a worker install a new slider screen. We waited two hours for them to show then texted back to have them reschedule since we had dinner reservations. They never rescheduled, so no screen on the slider. Many of the blinds in the unit had been replaced, unfortunately the replacements did not fit the windows so the sun shined around them and through the sliding glass doors which have no blinds making the unit ever hotter in the afternoons. This unit was a big disappointment for us. Based on reviews and Vacasa responses we thought any negative reviews had been corrected. No!
