"The unit is located in a quiet area of South Bundaberg and has a great secure back yard for the dog. I requested that our dog be allowed to sleep inside which wasn't a problem (with an extra fee for cleaning). The secure garage parking was fabulous and I had no problems parking a Subaru Outback with plenty of room to get in/out of the car, as well as the tail gate opening when the garage door was down. "Property has the potential to be good when fully renovated, just not there yet. For the cost it is not a first choice unless you have a dog that joins the neighbours dogs barking and the loud music playing across the street in the early hours of the morning until dawn. Outside area looks good in the pics, but dusty and dirty. Sign suggesting animals welcome on the beds, and for cats in the bed - a complete turn off from a hygiene point of view. Pick another location unless you have animals."
