- Residence Terra Thea is located on the heights of Propriano, in a quiet and flowery place, the residence is 8-10 mins walk from the center of Propriano and the beaches.
The residence is composed of:
- Six mini-apartments (Four 2 rooms - 3 bedrooms and two T2 - T3);
- A suite (1 room-T1);
- A private swimming pool;
- Private parking;
- Bicycle storage.
The mini-villas T3 and T2 are on one level, joined by 3 and offset relative to each other: so there is no vis-à-vis.
They have a private terrace with wonderful views of the harbor, the city center of Propriano and the Gulf of Valinco.
The mini-villas T3 can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, the mini-villas T2 2 adults and 2 children.
Located on the ground floor of the villa of the residence, after T1 is on one level.
Private garden with views of the harbor and the city of Propriano (not vis-à-vis).
The suite can accommodate 2 adults.

Perfekte Unterkunft in Propriano
Sehr ruhige kleine Anlage, die inhabergeführt ist. Das Inhaberehepaar kümmert sich in zurückhaltender Weise um das Wohlergehen der Gäste. Die Minivilla ist gut geschnitten und ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet effektiv und ist so angebracht, dass sie das Schlafzimmer ohne spürbaren Luftzug kühl hält.Der Pool ist angemessen groß. Von der Villaterrasse und vom Pooldeck hat man ein traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht von Propriano.Der Weg von der Ablage zum Hafenbereich mit zahlreichen Restaurants beträgt nur knapp 800m. Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen sollten aufgrund des Gefälles der Wegstrecke evtl. das Auto nehmen. Parkmöglichkeiten im unteren Bereich des Ortes sind zu mindest außerhalb der Hochsaison reichlich verfügbar.

Très bon séjour à Propriano
Les villas sont très bien entretenues, et très propres. Tout y est ! La piscine est très agréable. Vue superbe sur la mer et au calme. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Je recommande fortement !
