"Our expected unit was occupied on our arrival. The housekeeper had no knowledge of our rental. She told us that we had been scammed. We called the owner. She immediately offered us an inferior unit and agreed to reduce our price. Michele has been very helpful in resolving the issue, but we did not get what we wanted or signed up for."

"Please do not book this location .. it is not as advertised and UNSAFE!! Firstly, the apartment is not right on the beach nor is it overlooking the beach. There is NO view. It is indeed steps away from the beach but you can't see it. It is right on the main road and very noisy. (earplugs are a must). I am so glad that I took a chance and we booked here. The location was great. The property was so spacious and very clean. Communication with the host was excellent.
