"The mattress on our queen bed in our room was sloped on both sides of the bed to the center of the bed. We got in bed and rolled down hill until we ran into each other. Very hard to not end up in the middle so did not get much sleep and staff didn't seem too concerned"

"Room smelled bed, stains on pillows and blankets, poor room service, generally overpriced. We will not stay here again. They get by with a lot of subpar amenities because they have the ideal location to the convention center. Much better hotels around that are a walkable distance."
