「Good」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean through out the whole Hotel. Breakfast was good but a little high priced. Pancakes where wonderful! The hotel was not our type of hotel. Lights where very dime through the hotel and our room. It is an old factory made into an Hotel. To much concrete and very plain. We are in our 70's not out type of Hotel. If ou like that look then I would reamend it. 」

「Plenty of parking. The room was okay. Clean and modern but really empty, kind of felt like a hospital room… I was charged $100; not $50 for a damage deposit, and never received it back despite leaving the room with no damages. 」

「The staff were friendly and absolutely wonderful specifically the front desk. They handled all of our needs quickly and efficiently. The hotel had a great hot tub and was really well kept. The breakfast buffet was a subpar but we enjoyed our stay 」

「Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

「First, the staff here are excellent. Really helpful and kind and friendly. From the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff. They were all wonderful. The decor is nice, the grounds are well kept, the location is great. The only fault (and I get that this is a big one) was that there is a deep musty odor in the rooms. After a while you get used to it, but it seems like there is something going on that the company needs to address. This isn't something that the staff onsite...
