Great place

Fantastic accommodations, very spacious and clean. Could sleep a lot of people if needed but extremely comfortable for the 4 we had.

Extended family

We stayed for a family funeral and the accommodations were perfect for us. We had 8 adults and we had plenty of room. It has a nice open space to gather, which we appreciated.

Wedding weekend

We went for a family wedding for the weekend. The venue was 5 min away. The house was perfect. Very clean and well furnished for comfort.

Great stay!

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. Place was clean, furnished without being overcrowded, and enough linens supplied for our stay. We were very appreciative of the multiple activities on site available to entertain kids (playground, trampoline, volleyball, basketball goals, soccer goals, pool table, & mini arcade). Highly recommend!

Clean with lots to do

The house was very clean and had a lot of space. It also had some fun features I wasn't expecting including an arcade game and a playset in the back which my 3 year old enjoyed!

Family Oriented

This property was extremely clean. We enjoyed the spaciousness. It has two living rooms, five bedrooms and also a bunk area. The open kitchen, dining and living room area was perfect. Great place for families to reunite. Highly recommend.

Birthday weekend with family

Last minute decision to take the family to Busch garden theme park. Needed a place where we could all gather together. The house was perfect, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Lots of activities for everyone ie. basketball, soccer, volleyball and the playground area. Will keep this as a family vacation option.

Family Weekend

This property was perfect for our family weekend with my parents, college-aged daughters and family dog. There was more than enough space for the 6 of us to spread out as well as gather together. The space is as great (or better) as pictures show. Highly recommend.

Family Reunion

This property is extraordinary and well maintained. The owner continues to add amenities that will surely please an entire family. My family had an amazing time enjoying the outdoor space. We will definitely comeback again.

Great property

Nice clean, roomy house. Could sleep 14. 1 bath shared by 2 bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet country setting. About 30-40 mins from Williamsburg, Richmond, Jamestown and Yorktown. Owner respnoded quikly to emails. TVs in every bedroom and both living areas.

Place to stay for out of town wedding

This property has many amenities that we unfortunately didn’t have time to use, as we were too busy getting ready for our son’s wedding. If you have a family, I highly recommend this property. They have anything you could want for young children to teenagers. Plus plenty of room to spread out. Enjoy!

The Perfect Haven

We chose this property to stay at the week of Thanksgiving leading up my daughter’s wedding at a nearby venue. This property turned out to be the perfect Haven for us. We had a larger group with some rotation of family and friends staying with us before and after the wedding. There is so much space in the house. The owner was very quick to acknowledge and resolve an issue upon arriving. You won’t be disappointed choosing this location for a get away.

Our 2023 trip-to historic Williamsburg VA. House can hold a lot of people! Was very nice! TV/internet was great! Unique outdoor setup, too. Very, very nice.

Weekend with family

This prooerty was more like a compound. Beautiful landscaping. Basketball, soccer, volleyball, swings. My grandsons had a blast. More than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for the 10 of us. Very comfortable. Woukd definitely come again. Only 30 minutes to Williamsburg.

Much nicer then the pictures

Great property! My family loved the amenities. Grandkids had lots of fun. The biggest problem we had was the pool water was green our entire stay. Ruben did try to address this several times. The reason why I gave the accuracy of listing 4 stars was because I thought we would have a pool we could use and did not. However many other things to do on the property. Nice places inside and outside the house to gather and spend time. The Super market was close by. Many attractions with in a 45 minute drive or less. Enjoyed our stay.

Huge House in Virginia!

Our family of 6 and our dog traveled to Virginia for a week to enjoy some local history and amusement parks. We were excited about how big the house was and the amount of bathrooms!! First the pros: The house is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, the appliances are very nice and there are plenty of beds and bathrooms for a large party! There is lots of space for parking, a trampoline, an above ground pool, walking trails, basketball hoops, a pool table and an old fashion arcade game. The cons: There is not enough water pressure or hot water for the amount of bathrooms this house has. We ran out of hot water daily and the huge jacuzzi tub everyone was excited about could never be used because the water would go cold long before the tub was filled. There is a new house called the "treehouse" in the backyard that is also a rental house (which was not listed on the house description) so you are sharing a driveway, a backyard, the pool, ect. The living room does not have enough seating for large parties to sit comfortably. The maintenance crew came by 3 times the week we were there and even once opened our back door and then quickly closed it. All and all, we enjoyed our stay but wish the house description would be updated to relay the new set up.

Very spacious and inviting!

The property was easy to find and beautiful! Wish we could have stayed longer but it had everything we needed. Master tub looks amazing, sorry we didn't have time to use it, maybe next time. Thank you for letting us visit.

This house is Amazing and one of the best houses we’ve stayed in
