「The property is as per the photos, but the layout was not as expected, with access via an insecure courtyard to a lowerlevel bedroom with small lounge and bathroom whist access to the two other bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and livingroom is up another flight of outside steps and through another door, so not what I (UK) would consider to be a 3 bed villa due to the separate nature of the spaces.The WiFi does not work in the lower level, nor is their mobile phone reception, so not ideal. 「As the extensive transcripts will show, I booked a space that was misrepresented and inadequate. Upon contacting customer service, I was forced to endure multiple days and phone calls/emails to remedy and resolve only to then be misled about the VRBOcares program as well. I will not use VRBO again or any of its affiliates. 」
