“Die Vermieterin ist erst gar nicht erschienen. Aber Geld für die Wohnung wurde mir abgebucht. Wir standen um 17.00 Uhr in der Anlage und hatten, obwohl bezahlt und bestätigt, keine Unterkunft. Dies war mit erheblichem Ärger und zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden. Kontakte mit der Hotline von fewo waren ebenfalls sehr unerfreulich. Nur gebrochen deutsch sprechende unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Keinerlei Kommunikation möglich. Auf die Rückerstattung des Geldes warte ich immer noch. Ich werde da nie wieder……

“Terrible experience. Place looks worn down and taken over by nature. Host changed my reservation for the day after because the system "made a mistake". Didnt work with the system only whatsapp. When I arrived to the property it was extremely lonely and dark. The key was not in the safebox next to the door. Host claimed first it could have been the cleaning lady. Host later said coworker would take it to me but it would take an hour. It was almost 11pm in a dark abandoned condominium. We took off……
