great value

The location was great, right on the shuttle line, and the property was clean. The ladder is a little tricky to maneuver around and it can get warm in the loft area but the fans provided are helpful. It's a small space but it's perfect if you're planning to spend most of your day out and exploring anyway.

Not great

For starters, the smoke alarm in the loft was not mounted properly, it fell out and landed on my girlfriends back, the splice inside the box was broken as well which tells me that it wasn’t even working in the first place. I will add that I’m an electrician as well. So after having to do electrical work on my vacation we noticed a crack in the front door big enough to allow light through it. The bed sheets were stained yellow. The listing said that there was a grill we could use but on arrival we were told to not use the grill. One of the fans provided for cooling the loft was also broken and the other did not move air very well. The loft was extremely hot as well because there is no ventilation up there. Overall the price was good but the add is very misleading. The beach is also not a “short” walk it would be worth bringing a wagon.
