This late 19th century gem has been fully renovated and updated. Fantastic water, harbor and town views from large exclusive use deck and most windows. Sparkling wood floors. Central A/C and heating. A perfect getaway any time of the year!

Washer/dryer. Granite counters! Tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. Full kitchen with all the pots, pans, utensils and dishes you could possibly need. Small, quaint association with huge semi-private beach. Watch spectacular sunrises from your private deck or semi-private beachfront deck. Private entrance with smart lock. Beautiful garden. Off street parking. Wi-Fi. Cable. The second floor in a three story house.

Galleries and stores just steps from your door. Restaurants and bars close enough to walk to yet far enough so that your evenings are quiet.

Contactless check-in. Cleaning fee: $180. Dogs under 50 lbs. are welcome. We charge a $200 pet fee. Please check the pet box where you enter the number of guests. Only other fees are VRBO booking fee and Massachusetts rental tax.

Despite the nor’easter, we had a wonderful long weekend in Provincetown. We’ve stayed at many places in the area over the years, and this is hands-down one of our favorites. Steve and Liz’s place is immaculate and beautifully furnished with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We loved the easy beach access and stunning views, and having the galleries, shops and delicious east end restaurants literally at our doorstep was an added bonus. We also appreciated their flexibility with check-in and check-out. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Unit was new by Ptown standards. clean, working A/C. Nice. Kitchen adequately furnished though no pitcher or container for drinks. Would be better with some plastic glasses for use in bathrooms. Parking space was so very cramped did not attempt to use car(an SUV). during our stay. Beach towels would have been nicer..Biggest issue is noise from unit above and below as footsteps heard from above and TV from below made for a less than pleasant experience.

Fantastic location! Everything is walking distance. Appartment was very clean and beach view is remarkable. We thought there was issues with the AC, Steve called us right away to help. It works but took some time to get going. Would recommend this spot to anyone looking to have a relaxing stay with lots to do!

Location and comfort

The condo was lovely and very comfortable. The view was quintessential New England, overlooking the bay and a marina with fishing boats. We could walk to EVERYTHING, including good restaurants. I would return to this property.

Christmas In Provincetown

The condo is beautiful. Well stocked, very clean and comfortable. Fine appliances. Beautiful view of the harbor. I did not know that the condo is on the second floor and there is another condo above us. Unfortunately, the people on the third floor were heavy on their feet and the stomping above us was annoying and disturbing. Guess they didn’t know enough to take their shoes off. This was an uncomfortable situation and not the fault of our host who was very nice. They left before the New Year so we had a few peaceful days. Thankfully..

Great view

Vehicle Hertz gave us was too large for spaces. It was an Expedition. Anything else would have done better. Loved the stay though. Well appointed and the sunrise every morning was special.

Wonderful stay

Just completed our 1-week stay at Porto Sereno, and we were so sad to leave. The property is in the perfect location in the East End, within walking distance to any number of eclectic art galleries, charming little shops, and delightful restaurants. Above all, the view of Cape Cod bay is breathtaking - we enjoyed spectacular sunrises and sunsets sitting out on the deck. Can’t wait to return!

Coming back 56 years later.

We liked it so much that we’re returning next year. One recommendation. The kitchen needs 2 stools for sitting while cooking. Loved the sheets. Charisma! Towels ~ okay. We needed a card table to make a puzzle. A broom would have helped too. Just suggestions.

Perfect East End location. Communication was excellent; questions answered promptly. Everything was as advertised. Comfortable for 4. Well stocked. Sheets and towels provided, as well as paper goods, bath and laundry soap. Two beach chairs and umbrellas. Beautiful views. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful location

We chose to come just before the summer season started. The mood was relaxed and friendly. Summer businesses were just opening, but there were no crowds. I loved looking out at the gentle waves coming in while enjoying my morning cup of tea and then many leisurely walks on the beach. The living room/dining room area is open and spacious. One wall is the sliding glass doors to the deck overlooking the sea. A wonderful view! Only two chairs on the deck. There are instructions about the heating (which we needed) and the air conditioner in the top drawer on the left side of the kitchenette. Instructions for the microwave and the oven would have been helpful, too. The kitchenette is unusually well equipped! It was nice to have an unique entry code instead of having to keep track of who had a key to the front door. Parking is tight, but it got easier for us each time we came in. The second bedroom is small, but we didn't come to sleep (!) and the beds were both comfortable. In spite of the minor quibbles, this place deserves its 5 star rating. We hope to return.
