We had the best stay at Surfside Hotel & Suites. We booked a water front view and it was beautiful! It was so nice waking up each morning to the sunrise. The room was very nice and the shower was fantastic! It was very large and the water pressure was perfect. The room was very clean and they cleaned it daily and provided fresh towels. We loved this. We also enjoyed that we were right on the beach and could easily walk down to enjoy it. The pool was also a nice ammenity and we spent a day relaxing by the pool. The hotel was also VERY dog friendly and we cannot wait to bring our pup in the future. He would absolutely LOVE it. The only improvements would be the morning breakfast (which I think was very limited due to construction but still worked out just fine) and the air conditioner was a bit noisy. The AC did look brand new but would turn on and off many times throughout the night when it "reached its temperature " but made it a bit hard to sleep. I got used to it by a few nights in but just something to be aware of. It did not ruin my stay at all. Overall, we absolutely LOVED our stay and cannot wait to go back next year. We had the best time and made so many great memories.

Our favorite place. We never miss it. We love the beach front, the pool, the deck/patio and the fire pit. Huge free parking lot is very convenient. Walkable to all dining options but located in a quiet part of Ptown. Very dog friendly!!

It is a very old hotel It was clean and housekeeping were always asking if we needed anything Room looked right out on probated beach big clean sparkling pool Great parking behind building It’s so very old and everything is tight and small and built on top of each other Lots of bicycles pedi bikes easy to get around resteraunts are spectacular Everyone one was a 10

I almost like all the personnel and the place was clean and quiet. The pool was supposed to be heated and it was not (or realy not enought 73 degrees) It was very very important for us and we rent at this place for this reason. ☹️ the cleaner men forgot many little things all the time. We have to go for get the things. We have nice weather and the beach was clean and we have enought chairs. I dont thing we will rent over there next time.

Absolutely fantastic spot in Providence town. Resort was perfect when traveling with our dog. Great staff and immaculate grounds. Will definitely be going back.

Had a wonderful stay! Cindy, the manager, was friendly, informative, and incredibly helpful ! Her knowledge of the town helped us find great activities and enhanced our vacation…we had a room right on the water which allowed for nice walks, and access to the water and views of starlit sky! Will be back again!

They are in the middle of a remodel so office was in a room along with Continental breakfast which is good for 3 people max (basically a hallway, grab n go) being the only reason for a 4 Star.

Propre et tranquille, situé dans un excellent secteur proche de tout! Par contre, quand on est arrivé, la personne à l’accueil était extrêmement froide et pas chaleureuse, elle a à peine répondu à nos questions et nous a transmis les infos à la va vite. J’ai pas aimé son service du tout! Un autre gros bémol c’est que la toilette n’a pas de porte qui se ferme mais plutôt une porte glissante, pas du tout convenable pour une famille et pas privée, on a parlé à une personne à l’accueil concernant ça et elle nous a dit que toutes les chambres sont comme ça.

We were not told of property construction going on that eliminated the front office, bar, restaurant, and easy access to pool. There are large free standing storage units in the parking lot, which I heard have been there for years. It said breakfast was available to include eggs etc and it was not. Store bought muffins were available in the makeshift ‘front office’. Rooms need total updating to include the old very loud AC units which kept us awake at night. The small beach on the property was nothing like it was pictured online. There was a lot of seaweed and loungers were thrown about. Our cleaning person was excellent. Pool area was nice. If I had known about the construction occurring, I would have booked elsewhere for the 500 per night we paid. We were never offered any discount for this big inconvenience. Will not stay again.

Great stay at Surfside. Friendly staff aiming to please. This area is quieter than other parts of Ptown which was great but a little further to walk to Town when weather is very hot and humid. Pool area with plenty of Umbrellas and loungers and option of small beach with loungers across the street is ideal. Although they say all day coffee if you are an early riser would recommend to bring your own coffee maker .Coffee maker in room was inadequate...( should have been a Keurig at that price point) Office and coffee opens at 8am...good to know. Place was clean and room was spacious enough. Some current construction was inconveniently planned for height of season but will be well worth it in the end..
