Beautiful one bed apartment in an 1853 Greek Revival home ( Norse wall house ) located in the West End @ 7 Cottage Street . The apartment is just steps to town, restaurants and beach, but is located in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by lovingly maintained homes and gardens. The property features a comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a private deck (with ocean views), a separate living room, an updated and sparkling-clean bathroom and small kitchen. There is a large common courtyard garden with patio furniture, grill, outside sink and outside shower. On-site parking for one car is included. Excellent location, clean unit and great owners.

We had a great time at this wonderful property with immediate access to Commercial St. and all the local action, but also with easy access to beaches by bike or car. The owners (who occupy a separate unit) were wonderful in helping us with recommendations to take in the local color and they were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely stay here again, wish we could have stayed forever.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is spacious, clean, and well equipped. There is a beautiful view of the water from the porch, which also has a great seating area. The location is ideal- just a few minutes from the main drag on Commercial, but in a very quiet park of Ptown. I would very highly recommend!

Quaint and wonderful Provincetown stay

We had a wonderful time staying at Richard’s property. It’s close to all Provincetown has to offer, while still feeling cozy and peaceful. The private deck and dedicated space for bikes make a big difference. We would stay here again!

Perfect for everything!

Location could not have been better, right there next to it all but far enough away to relax. The house was the perfect size for 2 of us. The garden patio was delightful. I hope not to wait another 20 years to come back!!

Perfect place for our week in Ptown

My husband and I stayed in this cute apartment for a week. It was clean and has the perfect amount of space for 2 people. The location is in close walking distance to all the main attractions, but quiet and peaceful at night. The owners who live in another part of the home were also very friendly. Highly recommend!

We were so delighted with our stay! Loved the bay view, sunsets, sunrises, close walk to Commercial St., easy drive to Herring Cove, loved the sea air, and the second floor unit. Owners were absolutely lovely!

perfect one bedroom in a great location ... parking on site, simple check in, great hosts on hand, clean, super comfy and quiet. had everything I needed and I really liked walking around in the beautiful west end neighborhood would stay again in a heartbeat. highly recommended!

Great stay

Amazing location and very walkable to everything in Provincetown. Richard was super welcoming, and had absolutely no issues during our stay. The apartment was perfect for my husband and me, and we loved the porch space! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Accommodations

This was our second time staying at this property and we were not disappointed. The location is perfect: right in the heart of the west end and close to everything, but quiet and peaceful. The activity of Commercial Street is a 5 min walk away (Perry’s, Joon, shopping, etc.), the beach a short bike ride, the Red Inn a quick walk and Relish at the end of the block. The apartment was clean with a well appointed living room and a really nice bedroom with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also a nice size. It was perfect for 2 people. There was also a wonderful deck with views of the harbor that was nice for evening cocktails and just relaxing. The outdoor shower was also a treat after a day at the beach. The owners Richard and Peter live on the property and are wonderful. They are very accommodating and helpful. We had a very nice stay at this property and would definitely stay there again. We highly recommend it.
