You will have your own off-street parking spot, private walkway, and separate entrance. Every space in the suite is private. Also, we do have an electric car charger that is available upon request!

We know how important privacy is on a vacation. We offer self check in options that allow you the flexibility of keeping your own schedule and the ease of checking in whenever works best for you. We are available for anything you might need.

• 7 minutes to Provo City Center Temple

This is a basement suite! there is a sweet family that lives upstairs!

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the entrance to the basement suite.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am

Great communication and Rental Interior

The host was very responsive from the beginning to the end. The interior of the rental was very clean and organized. Put together very well.There was a leak in our bathroom from the apartment upstairs and she had the repair man come and fix in within a couple of hours. I was grateful.

Wedding Stay

The owner was responsive and communication was easy. The hot tub was great, and the location was a short uber ride to the places I needed to be. The views of the mountains were good, and the neighborhood is quiet. This is a basement of someone’s house… I missed that in the listing. It’s not an issue for most, but worth knowing.Also worth noting…Entry from the road to the deck is difficult. I’m fit, and getting a moderate suitcase inside was less than safe. It is not a set of manufactured stairs with a handrail. Someone weed-whacked a path from the road, but left all the fallen wet weeds on the steps, so it was slick and practically invisible.Some upkeep things: Weeds on the patio and leading to the listing were over 2 feet tall, so we did not want to be outside on the patio that attracted us to the rental. They were not a problem using the hot tub.Also, the master had clearly not been vacuumed, as there were scattered bandaid wrappers and a sock from the previous stay still on the floor. The master window was taped shut, which needs some kind of maintenance.Kitchen says it’s fully set up, but usually that means there is at least salt & pepper & coffee. There were not enough dishes for the 5 the rental sleeps to get through one meal, so leave time for a grocery delivery and include paper goods in your order.All together it was a decent stay. Less than great in some areas, good in others. It suited our needs that trip.

Great experience!

The property was as expected and in a great location. Conveniently close to provo and next to several hiking trails that you can walk or drive too. We stayed at the location for 30 plus days and did not have any bad experiences. Highly recommend

Nice quiet space for simple lodging needs.

Nice quiet space for simple lodging needs. Was in town for only a few days and needing somewhere to sleep and rest. To be fair, the listing has conflicting info. in regards to the King Bed. on the App it lists it as a King Bed but in the description it says Queen. I wouldn't have booked had I known it was only a Queen as that doesn't work for me and my wife. Sleep was challenging due to this. Outside of this, the commination was great, the access was easy, and the place covered our needs.
