Once again the new management was rude and not courteous at all. He looked like he had just rolled out of bed, his hair was messy, his clothes were messy and his breath was horrible. He cancelled my 3 day reservation for no reason and did not articulate a reason. I stay here when I'm in Utah county because it's a few dollars cheaper than better hotels, honestly this hotel is a death trap, outlets hanging out of the walls with burn marks on them, I've actually had to switch rooms a few times because the electrical is a hazard. The maintenance at this hotel is horrible and the carpet should have been replaced decades ago. The only redeeming quality of this crap hole is the housekeeping staff and the few dollars I save on nightly rental. From now on I'll pay the extra money for a nicer hotel room where I don't have to worry about the room catching fire and where the management team actually speaks English and is professional! Do not stay in this dive!

Manager is horrible, he's never dressed properly, his hair always looks like he just got out of bed. His breath is horrible and he cannot communicate well in English. Absolutely horrible attitude towards repeat customers.

It is an old hotel and you can tell. But the couple who managed it made up for everything! Beyond helpful and as nice as you could possibly be. Helped make a stressful situation Much easier.

Checked into our room booked a non smoking. Room definitely had a smoker in it. Holes on the walls, beds were concave. Didn't end up staying, they won't refund my money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!

Linens were legitimately dirty. Not stains, dirt. Dirt streaks on every pillow and on the bed sheets. Honestly thinking about moving forward with a refund.

They got rid of the former manager who could be very difficult to deal with and who was not very friendly so that's a plus. The property Definitely needs renovations but the staff are very friendly and professional, especially the cleaning staff.

I stay here quite often as the rates are fairly good. The outlet plugs need to be replaced and the electrical needs to be fixed. The rooms need to be updated. I think they fired the manager with the attitude and low respect for customers. The cleaning staff have always been great to me. I also stay at the royal inn in midvale and the rooms there have always been very nice and well maintained and in fact they recently upgraded their upstairs rooms. This place needs a serious renovation.

They couldn't find my reservation and refuses to look at my Expedia receipt. The manager finally did her job and looked into it on her computer and found it. The didn't have a fridge or microwave (it was supposed to as I paid for that type of room.) bathroom door was barely hanging on, one waste basket in a room for two, bathroom sink was plugged and took an hour to drain. Wall outlets hanging out of the wall, the lamp outlets are so loose they won't keep a phone charging cord in the outlet, other wall outlets were almost as bad.what a horrible experience that I will avoid in the future. I feel like I was ripped off!
