“Really bad customer service! It is as confirmed about only a bot saying exactly the same polite sentences promising to help or to contact the hotel but never do. They quickly received the hotelpayment and the information about the hotel was missleading information,  unexisting services were mentioned on the hotel, no resoect of requests either and they did not even have a cooperation with the hotel. Absolutely a scam! I wasted hours to contact them 4 times to get the status of my ticket,……

“Sad to say the hotel stay was substandard. We booked two nights hoping for a solid 4 star hotel as advertised. We got a room and noticed some mold on the AC. When we asked to leave and get our money back, we were refused. We deiced to stay. Once we looked closer the mold turned out to be much worse than originally thought. Bathroom was affected by mold too and the visible parts of drain pipes were very dirty. It was fifty beyond what words could describe. See photos attached (if possible, I want……

“This apartment is very nice, clean, safe and conveniently located near everything. Restaurants, bar and the beach as soon as you walk out. There's a walkable port along side the beach and many restaurants and beach shops up and down. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a nice drive from the airport and there's many olive groves and olive trees all around. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again when visiting this part of Thessaloniki. ”

“Undeniably beautiful spot. Great rooms and views. Wonderful hosts. However, they seem to have cut corners on construction. Several door handles and things were loose. One sliding door lock feel off while I was there. Bathroom smelled a bit like sewage or back in to lock the door at night”

“Great accomodation; location is very good, walking distance to beach and restaurants and a quiet street. Also the rooms are cozy and comfortable. What I was missing is a breakfast service. There are only a few beds at the pool. And when you have a room with pool access, you don't have a sunbed at your terrace.”

The service at the outdoor restaurant was great, and the spa service was exceptional. That said, considering this is a 5-star hotel and the Pomegranate Suite is presented as a luxury/high-end room, there were several details that could be improved. “Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen und die immer wieder auftauchenden Probleme wurden zeitnah von den Gastgebern sehr freundlich und kulant gelöst. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die Ruhe im Zimmer, von den Nachbarn nebenan bekommt man wirklich absolut nichts mit, gute Schallisolierung. Mietwagen sollte man dabei haben.”
