“We enjoyed our stay. Well appointed, modern remodeled apartment with everything needed. Easy communication with host. Location is convenient to downtown. Regarding neighborhood, a 7.5/10. Walked around neighborhood in daytime a few times and was fine. Bedroom windows do let in some filtered light at night. Didn’t bother us too much but might want sleep mask if it does others. Mattress is foam type but was comfortable and pretty new. Cleanliness was good, really good for kitchen and bath. Did see……

“Cookware was dirty, oven was disgusting. The stovetop was missing one of the knobs to turn on the stovetop. The host was not available the three times we tried to reach her. There was no heat in this apartment, all heat came from stand up space heaters. It was freezing, we had to purchase blankets to stay warm. The furniture was gross and dirty. The noise from the upstairs apartment was awful, dogs barked all night, and loud music woke us when we did sleep. Called the mgr, and the next day……

“Really kind people very easy to come in and out the place was clean everything workedThe host and his staff were very attentive and even let me check in a little bit early as I got confused flying in from the East Coast as to what time it wasIt’s not a short walk into the center of town, or I would’ve given the the location five starsAnd ignore the bad reviews. I don’t know what people expect at this price level, but my guess is they’re pampered rich white folks who aren’t used to seeing anybody……

“Just right for a quick couple of days at our church convention. WHile within in walking distance to Peublo Convention Center, it was up hill one way! Clean and cheery.....enjoyed hosts' introduction and instructions......perfect price!”
