"This was an excellent place to stay. We had a well maintained villa all to ourselves. Everything was provided, even an excellent coffee machine! The pool was lovely, just peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was served in the villa although the latest you could have was 9am which was a bit early for holidays. You need your own transport but it’s only a short drive to Cha-am and some lovely seafood beach restaurants. We loved staying here as a family."

"Good for a one night stay while traveling but there were some serious limitations for a long term stay. First: limited in room amenties such as towels and no coffee or hot water Second: the towels were almost unusable because of age and there were only two bath towels and no others. "This hotel is expensive for what it offers... It's a noisy location and while the room and bed were OK, everything else is poorly maintained or plain dirty, we skipped breakfast just by looking at the food- the location, next to the main road, doesn't help with noise ... Not recommended "
