「A perfect holiday at El Mirador. The hotel staff were amazing, in particular, Paula, Patricia and Rita who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The General Manager also personally took the time to speak to us and ensure that we services met with our expectations. The facilities were wonderful and allowed for some much needed down time. 「A little quirky perhaps, and not our usual style, the stand out feature of this holiday was the hotel staff. Yes, everything is spotless Yes, the food offering was beyond for a hotel But the staff go above and beyond at all times... they really make you feel very special. Whilst the pool area can be a little cramped, we were able to nab ourselves an almost private island all day, every day... and switch off. And being able to just walk into the pool in October without a grimace......

「Been here as a couple twice before and could not fault it in anyway. Returned with daughter and grandchildren and everything was as good as we remembered. However there was not much for the children other than the pool and this was monitored severely by the life guard with a whistle and fun was definitely not on the agenda and as a result would suggest that it is only suitable if you want a quiet break away.」
