"Great accommodation and location. Let down by poor communication by the administrative staff. Our requests for an iron and an electric fan were met with indifference. Never got that help. In addition, being charged for a key safe for valuables was a new experience. It is normally an integral part of the service. Never been charged for that until now. However, all-in-all we considered that the apartment was a real gem with all good facilities including the swimming pool."

"We have just returned from a wonderful week away in our favourite resort of Pollensa. It was our first time staying at the property and we loved it. It was a 5 minute walk to the sea front and restaurants/shops and had a great pool area that the children loved. Sebastian and Maria were excellent and very helpful with any queries that we had. "The villa, Can Voramar, is in a wonderful location close to the beach, on a quiet stretch of road with woods opposite, and yet a short walk from the restaurants, cafes and shops of the Pine Walk. The garden is a lovely haven day and night. Downstairs the property is well fitted out. "Raquel was an excellent host responding quickly when we experienced power and water outage during a huge storm. The apartment was perfect for our needs, a stay with our young adult children.
