"The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."

"This is a beautiful, modern, clean well kept property in the very heart of portside Puerto Morelos. The bed, linens and towels are lovely. Water pressure is awesome and the water gets hot right away!!!It is exactly as the pictures show. Restaurants and bars are immediately beside you and you can quickly and easily walk to the beach. This is our second stay here. Thank you to our host Oscar and all of the team. We will be back. "

"Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. "

"This place is exactly as described. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond. It is a very quiet neighbourhood a little ways from the ocean but everything you need is there. The collectivism run about every ten minutes and taxis are very inexpensive. Two supermarkets nearby. Loved the quiet setting. Definitely recommend."
