"The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."

"Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. "

"Staff make your experience! Dreams is beautifully appointed and all the staff are friendly, helpful and soo polite. Gabriel at the concierge desk was my angel helping make a special birthday surprise for my brother's 70th. Great Resort, expedia VIP lounge also worth it!"

"Booked Ocean Coral & Turquesa through Expedia and had a fantastic week in Puerto Morelos with my wife. We were thrilled to receive a room upgrade to a master suite with an ocean view, which made the trip feel extra special. The resort is calm and relaxing, not a party scene, and it’s a great size so everything is easy to reach. Food and drinks were consistently great, and the staff were wonderful. Alberto (our butler) was especially helpful, and the WhatsApp support made booking taxis and trips simple. Only drawback was the seaweed on the beach/ocean at the moment, which isn’t the resort’s fault. Overall, excellent value and an easy 5/5."

"The resort itself is beautiful and very well maintained. There are three pools — one dedicated for kids and two for adults — which makes it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their preferred atmosphere. We especially liked an easy access to the beach, making it simple to move between the pool and the ocean throughout the day. There were never any issues finding clean towels, which is always a plus at a busy resort. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, consistently going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The food was very tasty with a good variety of options. The only improvement I would suggest is offering a buffet option during lunch in addition to the sit-down menu. A buffet would provide a bit more flexibility and quicker service for guests who prefer a lighter or faster midday meal. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would highly recommend this resort for both families and adults looking for a relaxing getaway."

"Our stay was great! For the price, the value was amazing. The location is great, it's actually nice being away from the zona hotelera. There are a few suggestions I have for the hotel management that caught me off guard, but other than that, it was amazing especially for the price. Suggestions: 1. The biggest thing was that the pool is NOT heated. We went when it was 65-75 degrees F, and the pool was pretty cold the entire time. We had to get a few drinks deep in order to swim comfortably. Even then, it would've been so much nicer with a pool heater. 2. Not sure if it was just our room, but the shower water didn't really get HOT HOT. It felt hot-ish, slightly luke warm. But it never got really steamy hot, which is how I usually shower. 3. The other thing was that I was told they don't serve shots on weekends, only Monday through Friday. It seemed very odd, I just kept ordering double drinks or 2 drinks at a time instead. But I don't like drinking too much liquid to get buzzed, so I would've preferred my extra shots of tequila with my drinks. Overall, we would definitely consider going again it was a great value and the staff was excellent. Overall a great stay. "
