"A general thumb's up for this property and those who tend it -- their service was good, friendly, and prompt when needed. The view is wonderful. Place is spotless and is an oasis of peace when compared to PV. Bus service into PV or Boca is frequent and close. The price is hard to beat, so one has to accept cooking on a single burner hot plate and microwave, and the distance involved in getting groceries. "Great little place. All you need for a stay in Mexico on a budget. We loved how it was in its own little oasis. Tons of lush plant life and trees on the property so you feel transported, even though it's right off the main street. Great pool area too. Location isn't the most vibrant part of PV but everything is within 5-10 min taxi so not a big deal. Nice to have the big grocery store next door.The rental manager was very responsive when I messaged them and I had no real issues the whole time....

"From the moment I stepped into this hotel, I felt like I had been transported to paradise. The architecture and design are absolutely beautiful, and all the little details especially the hearts everywhere make the entire property feel so romantic and special. ❤️ The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they also speak English, which was a huge plus for my boyfriend since he doesn’t speak Spanish.We stayed in the Master Suite, and the view was honestly one of my favorite parts. Waking up to that view every morning was amazing! Breakfast was good, and their spicy sauce was SO good. We didn’t try much of the other food, but we had a few drinks at the hotel and everything we ordered was great.The infinity pool is small, but because there aren’t many guests, it never felt crowded. We actually loved how peaceful and private it felt.We also did the snorkeling experience with Karla. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t cooperating and the water wasn’t clear, so we couldn’t see as many fish as we hoped. Karla was exceptional, though very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely trying to make sure we had a great experience. I also discovered I get motion sickness 😅, so definitely prepare for that if you’re prone to it. My only complaint was that I felt the snorkeling was a little expensive considering the visibility that day.The location is a little remote, so getting downtown and finding rides back and forth can be challenging, and hotel taxis can be pricey. Bring CASH !"

"First, the pros: The room was incredibly comfortable for a mid-tier hotel. Incredibly comfortable bed, pillows, water pressure, and room size. Housekeeping was stellar and timely, and the A/C did the job just right. Also, excellent gym with equipment that was cared for and well beyond what you normally find in a hotel. Pool was warm and the bar had a great selection of premium options. Staff was also very friendly, even under the pressure they were working under. Now, the cons. Service is terribly slow everywhere, from the front desk, to the ice cream stand, the bars, the pool service, etc. Also, the pools are both incredibly dirty. Partly due to the guests, yes, but the staff need to be better about cleaning up plates, good, and trash. The pool area was just filthy to the point where it was downright gross. The kids pool was even worse, frankly disgusting to even walk through the area barefoot. The guests also seemed like budget-oriented large families and the place was packed with yelling, misbehaving children and aloof parents. You definitely get what you pay for in that sense."
