Santa Margherita di Pula. The holiday apartement is located in a residence, on a enclosed plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. 40m2 two-room apartment The apartment is part of a semi-circular row with a small square and a shared garden. Access to the small square is reserved exclusively for guests of the residence. There are flowerbeds of Mediterranean scrub, all surrounded by a fresh and lush pine forest. The apartment is located in the center of the Pinus Village residential area in Santa Margherita di Pula, nestled in a pine forest, 150 m from the sea Access is via a field or forest track (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the street in front of the house. The residence has an unguarded private parking space in front of the house, there are also several other public parking spaces in the residential area. The residential area we are in is quite quiet and is mainly frequented by local residents. Therefore there is little traffic on the internal roads.

Access to the apartment is via shared stone paths leading to the front covered veranda, furnished with outdoor table and chairs. From the veranda you can access the living room with kitchenette through a sliding glass door Bedroom with 1 double bed (Kingsize), 1 baby cot and A cot for up to 35 months is available on request and costs an additional €25 per week.

In the room there is a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a window with a mosquito net.
