Awesome house and host

We spent two amazing weeks in Captain’s House and enjoyed especially the pool very much. The host was friendly and we got a warm welcome upon arrival. Great location and a very clean house. Perfect for family holidays. Our kids learned to swim in the perfect pool and sunny weather.

Perfect property

Perfect property in every way. Everything is as advertised, two nice clean bedrooms with lots of space throughout the house. The pool is amazing and has an outdoor shower to wash off the salt water. Sanja is an amazing hostess, very warm, kind, and informative. We found that all of her restaurant recommendations were wonderful. We look forward to returning to the Captain's House very soon!

Beautiful vacation

We had a perfect stay. The house was clean and big. Our dog enjoyed the big garden and we the big pool and the terrace. The location of the house is good. You can reach a lot of places in no time with the car.

It was a wonderful relaxing great vacation A heartfelt thank you to our host A great clean villa with pool Lovingly received with gifts from the host Lovingly cared for and were always there for us when we needed something. We have developed a sense of home and would have been too happy to stay there. We will come again that is a promise and leave very very dear greetings to the hosts.

Peace near Pula

Spotlessly clean, the Captain's House is a newly decorated, spacious home with a great pool. Our hosts were very welcoming and kindly supplied cake, fruit, juice and a giant pink flamingo. A volleyball net also went down well with our family. The beach is a 15 minute walk away & attractions like Pula & Kamanjak, Brijuni Islands & Fazana are within 20 minutes' drive. We loved our stay & found the surrounding neighbourhood very quiet & peaceful.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus

Wir wurden von Sanja und ihrem Mann herzlich empfangen. Das Haus und der Garten erfüllen alle Erwartungen, war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Toll ist, dass das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist, was für unseren Hund (und uns) ein Traum war da er sich frei bewegen konnte. Man ist fern von den Touristen und fühlt sich in dem kleinen Ort schnell willkommen und heimisch. An die vielen Nachbarshunde gewöhnt man sich schnell. Nach Pula sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, zum Nationalpark Kamenjak ca 15, daher eine gute zentrale Lage im Süden von Istrien.

Sehr schöne unterkunft mit tollem Pool

Alles Bestens. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Einziger negativer Punkt: langsames WLAN, liegt aber wohl an der dörflichen Umgebung. Es war sonst alles perfekt. Der Pool und der Garten ist ein Traum, es hat nichts gefehlt.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, sehr gepflegt, super sauber! Das Haus hat eine tolle Ausstattung, alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Bequeme Betten und Wäsche, viele frisch duftende Handtücher. Die Besitzer sind mega sympathisch und super hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder!!

Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool in guter Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Captains House. Wirklich schönes & gepflegtes Haus, sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, Pool mit ca. 4,5 x 10m hat gute Größe, schöne überdachte Terrasse. Gute Ausstattung im Haus mit Grill, Klimaanlage, TV. WLAN etc. Weiterhin ist das Haus gut gelegen. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem recht zentral am Rande von Pula gelegen.

Traumurlaub

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub 2022 als Familie mit unseren Hunden im Captains House verbracht. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Sanja hat uns super liebevoll empfangen und uns durch das Haus geführt. Im Haus standen Obst und Getränke bereit und im Gefrierfach sogar Eis für die Kinder. Der Pool war fantastisch. Sehr schöne Woche!

Die Vermieter begrüßten uns mit frischen Obst, Eis, Kuchen und kalten Getränken. Die Übergabe des Hauses lief sehr gut und genau. Das Haus ist innen in einem sehr guten Zustand und modern eingerichtet. Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein Parkplatz, wo max. 2 Autos Platz finden, eine schöne überdachte Sitzgelegenheit, einen tollen und großen Salzwasserpool und ein sehr gepflegter Garten. Die Wohngegend ist nicht die Beste und es gibt viele Ströner. Am ist aber zu Fuß in 20min im Hafen. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und würden auch wieder hinfahren. Verabschiedet wurden wir mit kleinen Geschenken.

Seltsame vermieterin

Es war sehr laut( Presslufthammer im Garten daneben) Ich teilte es der Vermieterin über WhatsApp App mit, bekam aber keine Reaktion/ Antwort. Es gab am 4. Juli einen beunruhigenden Waldbrand, die Besitzer fand es nicht der Mühe wert , mich zu informieren. Die fuhr mit dem Auto an mir vorbei. Als ich die später anrief um mich zu erkundigen , ob der Waldbrand gefährlich sei, war sie sehr kurz angebunden. Sagte nur , alles unter Kontrolle und legte auf. Leider sind wir schon am Mittwoch nach Hause gefahren, weil wir uns nicht wohl fühlten.

Perfekter Urlaub!

Wir waren mit 2 Pärchen, Kind und Hunden im Ferienhaus Captains House. Sanja und Mauro waren unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub mit viel Ruhe, Spaß und leckerem Essen. Das Haus/die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen erolsamen Urlaub braucht. Wunderschönes Haus für einen Familienurlaub

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie für zwei Wochen im Captains House und haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Sanja und Mauro waren perfekte Gastgeber und das Haus hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Morgens direkt in den Pool, Nachmittags zum nahen Strand und Abends Cevapcici grillen :)

Captain's House

Das Haus mit dem wunderschönen Garten und Pool hat uns tolle Ferien beschert. Wir wurden herzlich von Sanja und Mauro mit ein paar Erfrischungen empfangen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man ist zwar eher auf das Auto angewiesen, aber dafür ist es ruhig und die schönen Buchten sowie die Einkaufszentren sind schnell erreichbar.
