I have stayed at the Richland Inn in Lawrenceburg more than 30 nights in the last 6 months. Every stay the staff has been very friendly and helpful, and the rooms have been clean with comfortable beds. The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping.

I was looking for a nice no nonsense hotel for our stay for a few days and it did not disappoint!
Check in was easy and fast, the room was clean, the beds were comfy. Nice tvs, and was able to set up my ps5 and watch my shows or play a game on their wifi.
Plenty of parking.
Breakfast was really good! We travel alot and the cinnamon bun waffle was so good!
Eggs, sausage and potatoes. Juice, coffee and other things. Plenty of seating in the breakfast area.
The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Check out was fast and easy.
If we make it back to that area, we will stay there again.

Excellent location. Many restaurants in the area as well as a Kroger and Walmart under 1/2 mile. Very quiet location, easy parking. Super clean. Breakfast is Southern. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage patties, links, and hash browns. And also waffles. Comfortable bed and great pillows! Lots of Cable channels. Nice staff. I will stay here in a heartbeat the next time Im in the area.
