Cozy living in this 2-bed, 2-bath home nestled in a 55+ community! One guest must be 55+, the other 45+. Enjoy a new heated pool, a lake for nonmotorized boating, clubhouse w/ pool table, and more. Minutes from downtown Punta Gorda and stunning Charlotte Harbor. Fort Myers, Englewood, and Siesta Key beaches are only 30-45 minutes away!

ONLY for rentals over 30 days: you must fill out and return an application with the park at a $100 admin fee and submit to a background check at $30. per guest.
