Inside, sunlight spills in effortlessly through the family room's floor-to-ceiling windows. Settle down and enjoy each other's company and your favorite TV show while watching passing boaters. The custom newly renovated kitchen, features quartz countertops, ample cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. A built-in work desk is also available in this space, ideal for those working remotely.

The bedrooms are equally inviting, all lined with soft linens and central air. Adding an extra layer of comfort, the primary suite boasts a large ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and dual vanities. Additional interior features you'll love include the separate laundry room and crown molding throughout.

With the home's convenient location, you'll be close to a variety of excellent dining spots, shopping destinations, golf courses, parks, and entertainment venues. Historic Downtown Punta Gorda and the Punta Gorda Airport are both within quick driving distance away.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Ring doorbell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.

Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Boat lift is not available for guest use and boat docking is not permitted. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
