We were slightly hesitant to sleep with no air conditioning, but were pleasantly surprised that the downstairs bedroom had a mini split, and found the fans to be sufficient for the upstairs bedroom. 「What a gem!! Such a peaceful place surrounded by nature and wildlife. Our place was well stocked with everything we could need and our host even brought over spare bedding when needed. He gave us recommendations for local mangrove tour (which was a great experience). The shallow end of the pool was perfect for our toddler. We also really enjoyed and appreciated the short walk across the road to the Chillax Bistro! Great for families or just a couple looking for a relaxing getaway! Thank you!!! 」

「Waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to walk right onto the beach from the yard is wonderful. The staff at Zuma Tours are very nice and helpful. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, bars, shopping....pretty much whatever you may want/need. Being so close to everything, you can sometimes hear the goings on in town but it didn't bother us. We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan's House. Montezuma is a laid back beach town that is an excellent place to get away....
