"Shawn that took care of the breakfast was PHENOMENAL!!!!! He was SO efficient! SO helpful and kind! He kept the food coming out and CLEAN. I just called the hotel to find out his name for this review.... SHAWN.... THANK YOU. The eating area was IMMACULATE and beautiful. Best I've seen at any hotel! I appr6yhey wermt playing the news!!! Who can eat peacefully with disturbing news and images? It was Sports center. That was wholesome and comforting. The rooms were beautiful. The carpets in the rooms appear dated and not very clean. The lamps were dusty and that only matters to our allergies. It was bad but not enough of an issue to stay away! Lol we are staying a week for new years! The place and STAFF are so nice!!!! Front desk was very nice. The areas in and out were clean and welcoming. The grounds were fabulous. The carpets and couch were the only two things I'd change. The couch, like the rugs , felt unclean to me. The fabric..... And dated. I could be wrong but that's the only negatives to this FABULOUS PLACE. "

"This place was perfect for my husband and I's one year anniversary. We absolutely loved this place and how cozy and relaxing the atmosphere was. This place is insanely clean, well-kept, and the owners are incredibly considerate with what they keep available at the cabin for you to use. The french toast muffins were amazing, the kitchen has everything you need to make a meal away from home, the bathroom was well stocked, the bedroom even had extra pillows and blankets (and a stand up fan!), and we loved the variety of movies, games, and books! There are many places to walk and explore, we loved the trail from the back of the cabin that leads up around to the top of the hill. The view up there is truly something else. The lake, the fall leaves, how quiet it is out there.. I could not speak highly enough of this little gem of a place out in the middle of nowhere. Thank you Timothy and Jennifer! We cannot wait to come back. "

"This property was amazing! A bougie yurt! All of the amenities were perfect & were exactly as described. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen & enjoy the hot tub & fire pit. We had everything we needed. The view from the deck was spectacular! The outdoor seating was perfect for lounging & enjoying nature. The property manager was in contact with us throughout our stay, making sure everything was going well & make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property if you want a quiet, relaxing, beautiful place to stay."
