Log cabin 1989, living room/kitchen with 2 extra beds in sofa bed, kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, washroom (toilet), sauna (with electric sauna stove), veranda. Access to WC and sauna from outside.
Obligatory cleaning deposit 150 € payable on arrival. Homely, comfortable log cottage on forest-covered slope. Swimming shore has current (running water): this water (Kietävälänvirta) does not freeze over in winter. Ferry by water 0.3 km (sounds of the ferry can be heard).
Closest neighbor is rental cottage 5786, 100 m by boat, 300 m by road.
Owner rents out e.g. baby’s cot, baby feeding chair, 5 bicycles, life jackets, one marine aluminium 10 hp Buster boat. Home-baked confectionary to order.
Nature trail starts at cottage which is joined to municipal nature trail network. Several trails of varying length. Additionally, owner has a tepee approx. 3 km away, which is a good destination for a walk. In Puumala there is 60 km long bicycle path Saaristoreitti for cyclists. Saimaa seal watching tours from Puumala.
