"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

"It is in a property in the middle of nature, surrounded by beautiful green plains, the place felt like a big home, cozy, the room very comfortable, and very clean; the bathroom has a big beautiful tub and also a rain shower. "I found this to be a traditional Chambre d'Hôte, where you don't feel you are in a hotel but rather a guest in the house of the owners. My room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfasts were very good, and the hosts were welcoming. What more do you need?
The house is about a 10-minute walk from Gaillac across the river. It is also a fairly short drive into Albi, which is a small city that is well worth exploring."

"Personnel très accueil au téléphone, aucun problème la dessus. Malheureusement, l'hôtel est très mal insonorisé phonétiquement mais thermique également. Les radiateurs doivent être bloqués car malgré la hausse de température demandé il faisait très froid dans la chambre. La porte fermée à clé laissait passée beaucoup d'air froid!!! Voir photo avec le jour qui passe alors que la porte est fermée"
