  • Sea La Vie is a contemporary three storey property located on a quiet cul de sac of the popular Cae Du estate yet, within walking distance to the ever popular bustling seaside village of Abersoch with its long sandy beaches, harbour, elegant cafes, restaurants and desirable shops.


    At the heart of the house lies the open plan first floor with a lounge, dining area and kitchen, creating a social space ideal for spending time with friends and family. A door from the lounge leads directly onto the decked balcony with glass balustrades, and a door to the rear leads to a further balcony ideal for barbecuing. The ground floor has a double bedroom, a bunk room and a separate shower room. The second floor hosts an open mezzanine master bedroom and further shower room.


    The house benefits from WiFi.


    NB There is an open staircase from the lounge to the second floor and the second floor bedroom is mezzanine style with balcony, open to lounge below and not recommend for toddlers or small children.
