“I arrived at 10:45 PM with a confirmed reservation. The person at the front desk was counting coins and, when I greeted him and mentioned my reservation, he interrupted me and indicated (with gestures) that I had to wait until 11:00 PM.
I waited and returned at 11:05 PM. He assisted me reluctantly, shaking his head and murmuring. After going to my room, I realized the key hadn’t been activated. I had to go back to the front desk, and again, with a poor attitude, he fixed it.
