  • WE ARE LEGAL IN B.C. - RESORT HOTEL ZONING! Walk out the patio onto the lawn and beach in this lovely resort hotel condo located on the ocean in the quaint village of Qualicum Beach. Separate galley kitchen and bathroom, fully updated. Queen bed, pull out sofa bed, dining table for four, and combination desk/dresser. Patio and summer lounge chairs, laundry room on site. Just a few kilometers from the walkable village centre, which features quaint stores, grocery and pharmacy, and all the necessary services. Fifteen minutes to Parksville, with it's huge family beach, ocean-side provincial park, mini-golf, and other family vacation amenities.

The property is in an excellent location. Close to restaurants, town and local attractions.Our stay was quiet and relaxing, which is what I was looking for. My favourite was seating at the beach, watching sky change colors as the sun set, watch the tide flow in and birdwatching. The only thing that could be better is if bed and living area were separate, however space is sufficient for a couples getaway and price was good. The view from the condo is awesome. Our stay was comfortable.

Love this spot! Great location on the water. Bed comfortable. Lots of amenities for cooking and 2 restaurants just outside the door (german across the street and a pub a block away with massive chicken wings).

Everything was just as described, beautiful beachfront condo, we even saw whales, and porpoises with the provided binoculars. Place was very clean, and well stocked with all the essentials

There could have been other items such as a chef’s knive and a small paring knife,cold-pressed olive oil,sea salt… sorry I didn’t use the fireplace…the tap for the tub and shower was difficult to start and stop…personally I appreciate hand-held shower attachments

I had a fantastic stay. The suite was very well appointed and clean, as was the entire complex. The location and view were amazing. I want to thank Barry for being so responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.
