「This stay was overall great. The only negative thing to say is that the unit is on the ground level of a large shared home with multiple units. This made the noise level from above and next door a little disruptive. However, the host was quick to remedy the problems we encountered which were very few. 「Stayed here for an extended period while working in the area. Easily accessible to Quantico, good parking, clean, large tv for viewing sports or movies. No oven but does have microwave and all the other necessities.Alphonse was very responsive to messages and provided cleaning service as needed. Would book again next trip in the area.」

「This was a great property and centrally located within walking distance of all downtown Fredericksburg has to offer. Check-in and check-out were easy and the property owner was responsive to all questions we had. We would 100% stay here again!」

「The host was extremely gracious and made my mom dinner while we were out of town in New York for a couple of days during our stay. I had made other arrangements for her while we were away since my mom does not drive but the host went above and beyond. The walking trails around the property were wonderful, we walked 3 miles pretty much every morning that we were there around the wooded trails. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio with the view of the pond behind the house.」
