"Property is nice enough, clean and comfortable. Location is pretty good and central. Where the hotel falls down is the service from the staff. There was little assistance in terms of advice of how to get from the station to the airport. Also, an iron was requested for the room but despite promises never arrived. Property good, staff service and friendliness a little lacking."

"We were a family of 9 adults and 4. Children (7, 10, 12 and 14). The place was fantastic with the swimming pool and plenty of places to spread out. The 6 bedrooms fit our needs but the 6th has no air and could use an industrial fan. The kitchen was great for meal preparation and the meal by Mimmi was well worth the price. Ottavio was always close by to answer any questions. The only things that were unexpected were that trash had to be taken to the garbage/ recycling center and that bottled water was needed for tooth brushing and drinking. The house is very close to Ostuni although walking there with the children was not tried due to the distance. We loved our visits there for meals and sightseeing. Due to its great location we were also able to visit some beaches, Matera, Monopoli, Alberobello and Castellanos Caves.This place enabled us to have a family vacation of a lifetime and would highly recommend despite a few minor inconveniences."
