We did not know the condo was a split level with 6 stairs to upper living area and 7 stairs to bedrooms and full bathroom. One traveler has mobility issues and this presented a huge challenge. We had messaged the host asking about stairs prior to arrival and got a canned response that did not answer our questions. We should have followed up with a call. None of the pictures showed stairs and we recommend a picture of the entry with the split level stairs would be helpful to future renters. Other than the physical layout the condo was very nice, very clean and very quiet.
