Experience historic ambience combined with the luxury of our time. The cottage KAISEREINS, built around 1630, was added as a monument in the monument list. Lovingly, sustainably restored and furnished, it offers you an unforgettable stay. Located in the bustling center of the UNESCO World Heritage town of Quedlinburg, you can walk to the train station, health food store, bank, post office, marketplace or the Stiftskirche St. Servatius on the Schlossberg. The living room The furniture consists mainly of restored furniture and high quality handcrafted individual pieces. On the ground floor is the hall, the bathroom with toilet and the bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm). A staircase leads to the upper floor with a combined living and kitchen area. A sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) offers the possibility of a comfortable extra bed, so that the accommodation for 4 people can be used. A modern wall heating, which is operated by a highly efficient and low-emission natural gas condensing boiler, ensures pleasant warmth. The clay plaster used in all rooms contributes to a natural regulation of humidity and thus to a healthy indoor climate. By using biological construction and insulation materials, we have contributed to sustainable building renovation. We are a collector of Greenpeace Energy, our house is supplied with clean electricity from 100% renewable sources!
