「The hotel is at a great location. As I stay at the sea view room, the view is incredible. Walking distance to the main area and Salamanca Market. The staff are friendly and helpful with their hospitality, and the restaurant at hotel offer nice and good quality food. Overall I really enjoy my stay.」

「location is good」

「I had a great week in Macq01, staff are all nice and helpful. There are many restaurants or bar choices inside the hotel. Great seaview with quiet environment, great for family to enjoy the holiday ( I was with a 20-month-old baby). 」

「Nice staff, convenience location」

「This is a beautiful boutique hotel on Elizabeth Pier in Hobart. It is a superb location and close to all the tourist spots so great for exloring Hobart on foot. The staff are very friendly and helpful even during a fire evacuation. Highly recommended.」

「What a wonderful staying. After having a surgery at the hospital alone. I rang to Mantra hotel, Mr Greg, general manager, who was so generous that to come to the hospital to accompany me to the hotel. Try to let me sleep better,he was so sweetie that put a wooden board under the mattress. One more remarkable thing that he arranged me a higher floor with both city and harbor view of Hobart because he knew that I was kept in a windowless room. Thank you Greg and his colleagues to let me have a...

「The family room is spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. However, the air conditioner is very dirty. I can see the mould inside. The machine keeps turning on and off frequently. The room inside didn’t have an air conditioner. That means in summertime, you need to open the door to keep it cool. Worst of all, the hotel charged me $4.50 for a tonic water from the room’s fridge that I didn't drink! I didn't take any food or drinks from the minibar. It's very unacceptable and disappointing.

「The hotel has easy access (a few minutes walk) to the pier and Salamanca Square, which holds Saturday flea market. The service was good. If breakfast is included in the room rate, it's not buffet but a la carte for A$35. 」
